My concrete already has a sealer on it, I don’t know what it is, but its still on there, can your product stick to it?
The Titan Shield best substrate for application is an unsealed surface, it has good adhesion properties and can stick to an existing Water-Based sealer, however if you are uncertain if it is water-based or if there was a solvent based curing compound used I would remove the existing finish in its entirety prior to proceeding the Titan Shield as we guarantee its performance as a sealer but cannot warrant its ability to adhere to an existing coating or sealer.
