I am a contractor from LA and been using SEMCO products for a little over 10 years now. Their products are simply great compared to other Home Depot stuff or whatever you re getting out there. What people dont understand is the quality does have its price but so far all my projects didn't have any problems.
I used Drylock before in my basement and that started to peel off just after a few months. Got this to apply in my basement and I haven't had any moisture problems ever since.
